Bright Beginnings is located on the first floor of the Perry School Community Center. The Perry School is a three-story red brick school building located at 128 M Street, NW, near the intersection of NEW YORK AVENUE/NEW JERSEY AVENUE. Parking is available on the street.

Mt. Vernon Square 7th Street-Convention Center (YELLOW/GREEN LINE METRO)

• Cross over 7th STREET, NW to M STREET, NW.
• Continue walking down M STREET, NW towards NEW YORK AVENUE/NEW JERSEY AVENUE/I-295 intersection (about 4 blocks).
• At 3rd STREET, NW, cross NEW YORK AVENUE; continue LEFT on NEW YORK AVENUE (1 block).
• Veer RIGHT to continue onto M STREET.
• The Perry School building will be on your RIGHT, next door to The Boys and Girls Club.

New York Ave-Florida Ave-Gallaudet Univ (RED LINE METRO)

• Exit the train on M STREET.
• Turn RIGHT out of the Metro and stay on M STREET.
  
• Cross over NORTH CAPITOL STREET and continue on M STREET for 3 blocks.
• The Perry School building will be on your LEFT, next door to The Boys and Girls Club.

From Virginia:

• Take I-395 North.
  
• Follow signs for C STREET TUNNEL (after the MAIN STREET exit.)
• Stay on 395 North until it ends at NEW YORK AVENUE.
• Take a RIGHT on NEW YORK AVENUE. (Stay in the right lane.)
• Cross over NEW JERSEY AVENUE and pass a large church on the right.
• Look for a green street sign that indicates direction of NORTH CAPITAL STREET and FIRST STREET .
  
• Veer RIGHT towards M Street and The Perry School building will be on your RIGHT next door to The Boys and Girls Club.

From Montgomery County, MD:

Upper

• Take NEW HAMPSHIRE AVENUE towards Washington, DC.
• Take a LEFT onto NORTH CAPITOL STREET.
• Take a RIGHT onto H STREET.
• Take a RIGHT onto NEW JERSEY AVENUE.
• Take a RIGHT onto NEW YORK AVENUE.
• Take an immediate RIGHT onto M STREET.
• The Perry School building will be on your RIGHT next door to The Boys and Girls Club.

• Take I-495 South toward Northern Virginia.
• Take VA-193 to GEORGE WASHINGTON MEMORIAL PKWY SOUTH.
• Merge onto I-395 North toward Washington via 14th STREET.
• Turn RIGHT onto NEW YORK AVENUE.
• Turn Right onto M STREET, NW.

• Take I-495 to Route 50/ NEW YORK AVENUE.
